Brett has over 36 years experience across seven different companies in Financial Services and Insurance. His roles have included the Leadership and management of large teams, an HR practitioner and adult educator and leading the implementation of Organisational Development interventions for strategic alliances, acquisitions and joint ventures. Christopher (BA Psych, PG DIP Org Psych- Macquarie University) has over 13 years of Human Resources Consulting experience across Australia, Europe and US. He began his career at Morgan & Banks Human Resource Consulting. He joined Mark Gallagher at Human Chemistry in 2009 with the shared objective to deliver outstanding and highly tailored client solutions, while exploring new and creative ways to add value through the assessment of people and culture.
