The Buzz started its journey with insights from 4,000 Australians who told us what they would like to see in an ideal online car insurer. We continue to be really interested in what people have to say.
The Buzz Kiddy Distraction Study is a Buzz initiative to gain insights in the area of family safety - an important topic for customer as well as for us as insurers.
It began because a member of The Buzz team - also a mum - was constantly being distracted by her two and a half year old while driving. Thinking she couldn't possibly be the only parent in this situation, she convinced The Buzz to open up the forum to other Aussie parents.
