Laws

Hi, it would be helpful to receive a pamphlet or have a section on your website explaining the laws of when and when not the insurance would cover. E.g. if a learner driver is driving your car with the owner instructing and they have a crash, will they be fully covered, or if you have a crash while speeding etc will you be covered. Thanks.

claims community

Claiming can be confusing. The first place you look when claiming is the website, so i suggest that on the claims page of the site have a link to a community about claims.   This could provide hints on how to claim, at exactly the time when you need this information the most. Encourage people who have claimed to post comments by menitoning it on all claim paperwork and emails that get ...

insurance forum for small business

I run a small business and I think a community where small business owners can talk about stuff like insurance would be good for me. Maybe The Buzz Exchange could think about promoting to guys like me to get them sharing info on issues relevant to small business and insurance?

Customers for life

To help build a great Buzz community, I reckon you should think about using Facebook, Google  and Twitter and other sites like that where lots of people go.  Maybe by getting young people in through the community, with special policies for first cars or first homes, then you might get a customer for life!

practical idea

have you thought about using the editor to post questions and topics on this Blog. This would help build a better community for The Buzz and get it buzzing.   Practical advice for consumers is always of interest as most people do not read about insurance for fun, unless there is something in it for them.

alerts

when users register with The Buzz, how about asking them what month their insurance is due and sending them an online alert 1 month prior to due date. Even sending an email alert to the forum would be a good idea, one month before their policy is due, as this is really the main time people engage with insurance and are interested ( unless you are claiming).

build a great community

hi, I love the idea of creating a Buzz Exchange forum to build a Buzz community . My great idea is that this blog should be searchable by key words so that users can actually utilise the content and drill down quickly to topics of interest. Insurance is far too broad a topic to be of interest to everyone, so breaking it down via search would make people actually utilise it.
