Rental Car Coverage

I would like the option to be able to cover myself when driving a rental car (could be limited to certain classes) as the insurance cover (or lack of) offered by the rental companies is very expensive and very poor in terms of what it covers.

I've read that vast the majority of people are under-insured. Single parent family insurance

It would be great to be able to get special single parent rates for insurance. Most of the time, the choice is 'family plan' or single. I had to pay for 2 adults and children for years and years, when there was only ever one adult being covered. Make it more fair!

Claims by pictures

Why can't smash repairers post a picture of the work done on your car each day (or so) to a web site so you can track progress without holding on a phone trying to get through. (I work with eVentures)
